| The TV/DVD/Radio won't power up. When I plug the power supply into the back of the unit, the red light on the power supply goes from steady red to flashing rapidly. |

| Indicates a power supply problem. Replace c9 33mfd 35v in power supply. |

| Wow thanks for the quick reply and specifics. Is replacing it as nightmarish as replacing capacitors on PC motherboards can be?? |
