Greetings All:
Am trying to repair a Bosch AL60 DV2425 Battery Charger. Upon closer inspection there is a device (V5), which looks like a TO-220AB configuration mounted on an upright heatsink.
Unfortunately half of the device has broken off (and disappeared), so it's not possible to determine (by what I can make out of the available markings) exactly what it is.
The markings that are available are P4N???. Ideally I could do with someone who's got one of these chargers to take the top of theirs and read the info from device directly - you'll find the device just next to where the main power lead connects to the PCB.
Failing that a schematic would be very useful.
Anyone help please?
