panasonic projection tv pt-53wx52f

i bought this tv for a very cheap price,the guy said he couldnt get it to turn on,i took it home and cleaned the lenses and mirror and it turned on,the problem is the vertical alignment is messed up which makes the convergence not match up right,it has a real good picture but it looks like a sideways hourglass,it bows down at the top of the screen and bows up at the bottom,i read on the internet about how to get in to serviceman code and cant seem to get it right...helppppppppppppp please
