Hitachi 53" Ultra Vision

I have a Hitachi 53" Ultra Vision Digital.The tv went out,but won't turn back on.When i attempt to turn it back on,the power light blinks and i hear a chirping sound coming from the tv.I took the the back lower panel off and noticed there are two small green lights.The top light blinks when the tv is turned on.I have no picture or no sound.I have no clue what the problem could be.I hope that it is something simple.Can any one help me with this problem?[/i][/b]
