elbe 14B9001 tuning problem.

hello every one , i have ElBE tv set model 14B9001 it has prossesor tda9380ps/n1/2s0307. its owner has no RC so i tried many remote controllers but in vain finally i found one by which i can adjust dislay , timer ,volume, and programms tables ... by clicking on menu button.but i can't access to tuning menu .any one to help me find user manual .or any equivalent to it.thanks in advance.
