Fujitsu Plasma goes directly to standby and stays there.

I have a Fujitsu 50" Plasma model PDS5001U-H. When I turn on the set I get a quick green light that immediately goes to red for standby and stays there. I can hear a click just before it switches to standby. There is no picture or words appearing on the screen.
Can anyone give me an idea of what may be wrong or of a possible circuit board that might need replaced. Tried Fujitsu but they will only talk to Techs and won't give any help. Also does anyone have a service manual to this set. Any help will be greatly appreciated. You can email me at [email protected]
