Owners/User Manual for RCA F19424 TV OR help from Menu

I am looking for an owner/user manual for the RCA Entertainment Series Guide Plus Gold Gemstar TV Chasis# CTC203T5 Model#F19424 Service#F19424TX51 Serial #A514B20G3
I do not have the remote control for this TV and have it hooked up to a VCR, and directly from a cable connection. No Box, I can't figure out how to work it from the menu. If anyone knows how to set it up going through the menu on the front I would appreciate it!

A universal RCA remote is like $6. There's a menu button on the front of the set, volume up and down and channel up and down rotate you through options or:
