6 cd change player bose system in 2003 nissan maxima

The 6 disk cd player no longer works. I can this as an error CD ERR F0. I can't play any of the cd's or eject any of them. I have disconnected the car battery in hopes that maybe this would set the cd player back on track but it did not work. Do you have any other ideas or do I have to bring it in for repair?

Is the changer in dash or in the trunk. if it is in dash, those are pieces of junk. by the way, bose system refers only to the amp and speakers, the head unit itself is probably clarion. bose does not make head units for vehicles.
