Just use some cotton and alcohol to clean the sensor under recording paper.
It is located under the right side of scissors mechanism. |

HI mpelevic ..
Its happened Again ..
I was Able to fix this Problem Before .. By Claening Something !!
BUT I can remember ..
From what i can see there are Two sensors . One is like a rocker switch - I think this is the Paper Empty one as it would detect when the Paper roll is empty - I by-pass it by putting some sticky tape over it !!
the other sensor is located within the guide plates - ( on the bottom of the Machine ) it look like a LED ?? . IS THIS THE ONE I SHOULD CLEAN ?
I know this is an old Post !!
But you never Know .. You might see this Some TIME ..
Regards

Fixed IT !!!
I will leave this Message Here as a remimder to MY Self !!!
OK .. Ya the Problem is with the sensor - in the Guide Rail on the Right Hand Side - ( Bottom of the Machine ) . Small Access and sensor is approx 10mm DOWN !!
It is quite a Small Opening to the Sensor - hence you need a very small... Q-Tip - I made one from Hair clip and dptical cleaning cloth !!
Everything is OK Again
This Secsor must be Extreamly Sensitive .. as the smallist bit of dirth will stop it working !!
Hope this Help ME .. or Some One else who has this Problem !! - |
