Can this circuit board be fixed? Help!

I'm pretty sure it's beyond the 3 year warranty. I'm not the original owner but I think it's more like 4 o 5 years old.

The component that burnt out is labeled as "NEC K3294 15L". I found a couple websites that have something very similar listed. Could I buy this component and replace it on the circuit board?
