component needed

can anyone help me, i need four b340b scotchy diodes made by diodes inc or lite-on,have been on the net but can only find them in quantities of 3000 or above

when looking at small SMD components, it is next to impossible to find small quantities let alone only 4. Main reason being that they are manufactured and kept and sold in reels(thousands). Few if any would want to brake a reel and sell just a few. (especially diodes). Postage/handling cost alone is way over.

You have a better chance asking from a local outfit that may have a similar device or perhaps a servicer who may have something on a junk board?
Also, may want to check with a place like bdent.com that may give you some ideas?
