Hi guys,
quick question? after replacing a new bulb on wd62825 tv won't turn on anymore. blinking green lights. I've done reset button, unplug from the wall & recheck light bulb if its properly sitted and, still no go. is there any code from remote that need to put in to reset the tv. the timer is the one keeps blinking green light infront of the tv.

thanks minnie. so, I need to pull out the DM boards & replaced those 4 caps to 1000uf am i right? I've done this before w/ your help ( thank you again ) to an older tv. but I never changed the caps on a power supply. where's the p/s board be located? and, how many caps need to replace on the p/s? and what voltage?

Power supply is 4 16@1000 and 2 10@3300's. |

hi minnie
when I open the back of WD-62825 to change the caps on DM-board it is different than WS-73713. I have no clue where's the DM-board on WD-62825. I took some pics to show you if this is the board and, maybe you can also tell me how to remove this unit pls. cause, it looks very difficult. geeesh! I have another problem! can't seems to figure out how to upload pictures.

The "bastard chassis"! The whole metal 'box' has to come out. The power supply is on the left, the rest of the boards are 'sandwiched" between. I HATE these. |

thanks for your quick reply. I have another question? do i need to remove also the unit that has all input connection ( right side ) + how do i even remove the metal case? I got the HDD out but, can't get to metal case. how many screws holding the unit? do I slide it out or, pull it up?
i took some picture hopefully the link will work. or just copy & paste to address bar.
