Friend's RCA TV has static when you press on the case. Or after warming up after a few minutes will start to show static. All connections are tight as are the tube straps or connections holding the tube to the case. Any suggestions?

normally what causes that is the high voltage connection between the fly back and the tube that red thick wire with the suction cup take that out and clean and check the wire connection, but be careful, discharge the tube first.
