I was having some problems programming a 16F819. The internal oscillator wouldn't seem to work. Is that a problem with the program that was written or the external components that we placed on the chip? We used a 20MHz oscillater with two 15pf capacitors. The leads off of the oscillator went to pins 15 and 16, OSC1 and OSC2 respectively. |
