Toshiba CZ36V61 - Need to buy fbt & service manual.

I got this huge 36" tv for free with the intention of fixing it. It makes a high pitch whine when i hit the power switch and the red power LED flashes but there is no picture. I suspect that it only needs a flyback transformer for this reason but do not know which fbt will work with this model. A service manual should do the trick but googling hasn't gotten me any results. Thanks for the help.

Thanks guys. Now i just have to sell the friend that wants it on a $90 repair. I wish i could be more certain that it is the fbt.
