Philips DTR 1500

Does anyone know who to fix a philips DTR 1500 Digital Terrestrial Receiver.

You switch it on and the left hand led just flashes, then after 10 flashes the right hand led & left will stay red then it repeats the this cycle, no buttons seem to switch it on,

Im an engineer and would love to know what the problem is

ive got the same issue as above

Sounds like it is in reset mode...

This is achieved by pressing the + key when connecting the power.

Came across this on another forum when trying to get hold of a copy manual.......

Reset instructions:

disconect power,
keep pressing '+' button while connecting power,
led will start to blink orange while red led remains on,
release the '+' button.
briefly press the '+' button.red led is still on and the multicoloured led is blinking red.
enter code with remote 9900
once entered,multicoloured led is green.in case of a bad code led stays red
wait untill the receiver re starts by displaying the first install wizard.
