HP 9650 Service Manual

I need a service maual for HP 9650 - I am getting streaks caused by hardware - little metal round guides - like gears - that the print must pass under ... they are biting the print and streaking the prints.

There is no service manual for this POS. Another one of the HP 'disposable' line. You may be able to get some information from the HP site though.
