D940 green light Clicking on middle circuit board.

I have a 6 yr old Hitachi 51UWX20B Rear Projection TV that was working perfectly until the red went out of convergence. Replaced the two STK392-110 IC’s with two STK392-150 IC’s, plus a number of resistors. Initially when I turned power on everything appeaed to work. Within 20 minutes screen went black and clicking from D940 green light on middle circuit board.
Any idea if this is related to C707 & E994 Pico fuses? Or is there another cause for this problem?
Appreciate any and all guidance......
