Hi mate,
have schneider tv with frame fault when i open it i saw that the vertical has been change b/4 and am not sure of the TDA8177 i saw can anyone help with equivelent.

On Schneider sets, the chassis designation can usually be found in small print in a corner of the nameplate. Typically, their chassis designations are like TV-7, DTV-2 etc.

A common fault on many Schneider televisions is that the connector to the deflection coils runs hot and sooner or later, one terminal gets fried. The safest solution to this problem is to remove the connector and solder the wires directly to the PCB.
