Hi. I have a SMD transistor who has the number 3BXC3.Anyone knows what that is? It,s a SOT457 or TSOP6 package. Pleeeease help.  |

Next to impossible to decode the SMD markings on the device. There are way too many variations/packages. While there are some databases, it is by no means complete.
You'd have a better chance finding it thru the original schematic or even guesstimate by reverse engineering.. SOT457 package keeps pointing to NXP semiconductor but still no way to tell for sure. _________________
