Will anyone provide me the schematic diagram.
It has power supply problem, 2SB1548A keeps overheating,it loosen
the joints.

Thank you very much for the info.But the power supply design is totally
different it not using TDA460, its quite complex.Set is made in Japan.

Are you sure it's 2SB1548A? is it used to drive SMPS transformer?

It does not drive smps transformer .It is on the secondary side of switching transformer(cold side).

If that so, check the voltage between Collector to emitter voltage, from datasheet of 2SB1548A the maximum voltage is 80V and base to emitter is 5V maximum and the collector current is 3Amps max, check it maybe over voltage or over current caused by the loading.
If you have the schematic about this regulator, it can be help full for us to discuss about this.

I mean only the regulator drawing, can you draw it for us? if you don't mind, because hard to find schematic for this type of television.
