same i press the power button and the battery light flashes about 8 times, and that is all it will do, i notice as soon as i press the power button ethernet lights light up for a second and then the battery light flashes, so i am thinking something on the board is not getting power that should be or a component is bad or shorted, but i cant seem to find anything |

i have tested areas with a multimeter and it seems to be getting power everywhere, 3.3v, 5v and 18v at various places on the board, capacitors all look fine, so my guess is bad power ic, voltage regulator or sm fuse somewhere i have no idea |
