i have a philips 37" lcd tv

the model is 37pf9431d/37

the tv won't turn on

I get a red flashing power light, then two short red flashes

fuses are alright and there appears no obvious damage

what could be wrong

Be thankful that it outlasted its warrantee. Some don't make it this long.
