NEC SuperScirpt 1400?

Is there a service manual for the NEC SuperScript 1400 printer? If not, is there an identical samsung model, such as this page hints at?

Also, where could I get these type of supplies if I wanted to start a toner refilling business?

NEC 1400 toner, 190g (For 6k cartridge)
Wiper blade (Check for availability)
OPC drum (Check for availability)
Kynar padding powder
PCR cleaner
Conductive grease
