sound very low

Hello every one .I have a tv set having 8851cpng6eg1 as processor .it is "wegastar"model ,i think it is made in china.the problem is very low sound+no memorization of channels though when searching all channels are found .it seems that i need a dump for processor or eeprom is bad.any one to help me with this problem.thanks in advance.
