Promac 1400c eeprom always reset

Ihave repairing this model but the eeprom always reset the efect are blueback n0 video n0 sound insufficient height
im reprogram and adjust the item in service m0de,but fue minites it's become as is as a trouble blue back n0 v.And n0 sound
im trying replace system but as is
im trying replace crystal 32.768
but as is
pls. Somebody help me :help:
