missing power supply for motorola

I have a Motorola phone base that is missing its power supply. It is a Motorola Iridium 9570.

I have been unable to locate affordable power supplies for it and universal adapters do not work because of the unique socket on the phone base. Is there any kind of universal adapter or socket converter device for it? What kind of socket is this and what is called?
