Report Post functionality

Okay, I know it's in phpBB, but it hasn't been turned on...

I've encountered a few topics here so far that either violate the rules in some way or belong in a different forum. But the Report Post button is missing, so I can't bring this to the attention of any mods. Well, with the site activity so low, it's hard to believe mods would need help keeping up, but still, maybe a few topics slipped through the cracks (who would want to open every topic?)
