| I am trying to find a service manual for my Acer TravelMate 4000 laptop, has anyone seen one or know wehre to find one? TravelMate 2300/4000/4500 all use the same service manual. |

anybody could please help me unlock my laptop? it is an Acer TM4000 (4002LCi) who keeps on asking a bios password during boot-up.
i am a teacher by profession and i really need my laptop badly. if it can be reformatted without retrieving my old files, it is okey as long as i can make use of my laptop.

| how can i restore factory settings/default settings of travelmate 4050. i was told before but i kinda forgot, it was something like pressing something when you are to boot it... please need help so bad |
