1965 Chevy impala clock

Recently I purchased a 1965 Chevy Impala. I am trying to get the clock repaired. I took it to a repair shop in New Rochelle NY, and the repairman was able to get it running for about 4-5 minutes. Then it stops. I am looking for either some hints and help as to how to make it run a little(actually a lot!!) longer BUT more important.....I am looking for the schematics for this clock. It is made by Wextclox. I have contacted several places but have come up empty. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
