Hello,
I need the service manual for AIWA NSX-SZ35 stereo, for personal use.
The problem with it is that is starting and after a while I get a loud 50 Hz noise (sometimes it start after a light buld on/off).
Then it auto shut-down.
If I start it , after a few seconds it shut-down again.
I cannot start it unless I plug-it off for a while (few hours).
If you have it, please sent it at [email protected]
Thank you. |

I started measuring capacitors, but with no schematics, it is hard to get around.
Any tips would be apreciated.
Thanks in advance. |

... as I said, I need it for personal use.
I don't even need the whole PDF, just part of it, that could help me to identify the problem.
I don't want to buy this, for one time use.
This is just for hobby.
Even some indications, like, check power source, or final stage would help.
Thanks. |

I presume 50Hz hum is from both speakers.
Any DC across speaker terminals? |

I did not check the DC on speakers terminals. I will try to check it, but I have only a multimeter and a capacimeter. And when there is that noise, the system is shut-down in a few seconds....
When I opened, I saw that the final audio is with 2 STK circuits, one for low frequencies, and one for high.
I did not notice any capacitors for exit, maybe because the circuit is with V+, GND and V-.
My idea is to cut connection from powe on different blocks, and isolate the one that give me this.
I suspect that one block is autooscilating, and consume a lot a current, and the protection system will cut-off power on the system.
I hope is not one of the STK, because the audio is still working, from time to time.
Thanks for sending me those tips. |
