Haier lcd tv no power standy by ok

i have a haier lcd tv that has no power, led lights up, and all the power supply voltages seem fine
4 12v and the rest are ground.pressing power nothing comes on there is one board that seems to control everything i think this is bad. ive already cheked the switch and some caps on this board.
is it worth looking? into repairing this set, i see no option but to replace this board as its full of smd components and e.t.c
is there anywhere i can get parts for haier?
