Toshiba 2857DB Service manual / circuit required.

I would really appreciate if anyone could supply me with a PDF copy of a service sheet, or even just a circuit diagram, for the above mentioned model which has developed a peculiar fault of an intermittent white horizontal line superimposed on, and dancing about near, the bottom of the picture, this being content dependant as its not seen on a dark background.

This model is on ESI's list but the file is corrupt. (empty)

Any assistance would be most welcome.
