I have a fsp212-3f01 power supply board. I have replaced 8 caps in the secondary( 6 were domed ). I replaced Q7. ZD4 is good. Not sure about IC2. Still no turn on. A schematic would be handy for the set, but...any ideas? Thanks. Al Shocked

Voltages?
Is Raw B-Plus present?
Is Regulator getting same?
Is regulator drive IC also getting start up voltage, and is it outputting a drive signal?
Does power supply get signal to "turn On?"

I am not 100% sure where to check for the voltages you just described, I usually use a schematic because I don't know where to check. All I know for sure is I have 120 in, nothing out.
