Epson Lx-300 printer

When I switch on the printer I heard about 5 beeps and then it shut down by itself. I turn the switch off and the on nothing happens. Again I switch off and after 30 sec I Switch on the lites are on, 5 beeps are heard and the turn off by itself. The head doesnot move at all. I will appreiatte if somebody help me to solve the problem or to get the schematic for this printer.
