| I have a Dual xdvd8180 DVD Multimedia Receiver. It won't play my cd's or dvd's anymore and when i put them in i can't get them back out. Any ideas? |

| buy a new deck. the cd mech breaks and the only way to fix it is replace the whole cd mech, which as far as i know is not availabe. |
