Troubleshooting of Sony KV28WS3B

Good morning
After switch on the TV the picture appears after a time wich can be from 1 hour to more than 12 hours and sometimes more.
The THT is good because we can see, when we change of channel, some whyte lines during a fraction of second. The screen is dark grey but not black.
The sound is correct.
It looks like there is no video signal and the problem is the same if i change of source as playstation or video CD.
When the picture appears on the screen, its quality is very good and the TV can run during many days if we do not switch off yhe TV.
