can you teach me how to solve this problem of my tv Philips 20GX3555/71R blue display i check the CRT circuit no transistor driver defective. i need your help

What about Audio?
Does set exhibit the same symptom regardless of which input (Tuner / line, etc.) is selected?

there no channel at all, and the audio is ok, only the display and no channel

If you punch in "WXYZ" and get the audio from "WXYZ," but just a blue screen with or without an On Screen Display (OSD) acknowledgement of "WXYZ," either the video is being "muted" or you're losing the video somewhere between where the audio is taken off (unless the set has seperate I.F. circuit for sound) and the CRT board.
An Oscilloscope will allow you to follow the video signal through the set.
