need dump for lc863532 55k9

hello every one i have a tv set called ZAAPA MODEL DVD TV COMBO ,chinese model, processor lc863532c 55k9 la 76818A eeprom 24c08A chasis TH2103.pcb.the problem :when clicking on menu nothing appears on screen .but when skipping from tv to dvd mode dvd works.in my opinion it needs a dump .i downloaded a dump ;.But it doens't work .any one to help me with this .thanks in advance.

Replace the microprocessor.

replace memory ic or go to service mode ( in remote contreol press the hidden key then u can get service options and press mute button to change options)
