| My panasonic ct-30wx15n goes through the motions of turning on, but when it get to the part of it making a static noise then the picture comes on, it then clicks like it does when its shutting off, and the power light flashes. I have asked aroud and I was told to check the fuze. I have checked the fuze and it is good. Is my tv dead |
