Help me about my samsung 551V

Hi friend,
My monitor fuse was blows because lightning storms, There was 2 component brown out ie diode bridge and smps IC I tried to replace the new one. then the fuse is OK but the powe supply still no output voltage voltages at all, so what can I replace next , I furstrated.
