no H in a blusky tv

Hello every one ,i have Bluesky tv model BS51 chasis 11ak30a11
+stv 2246h+st 92195c3b1+24c08.THT: FVE0247.the supplu poxer is ok.it is STBy when put it on with remote control the led is green when removing HORIZ. transistor and measing Horizonal signal coming from stv2246H it is present .but when resoldering it in its place ,the Horz. signal is absent; i can measure that only 7.6 v at H output of stv 2246h. i replaced the chip (stv2246h) ,also the h transistor bu808df also small transistor Tip112 but in result any one to help me solve this .Thanks in advance.
