Samsung Max DX55: Audio System problem

Dear Experts,


My audio system is behaving weird. Samsung Max DX55. Here is a link to the product:

When I put in a CD and try to play, the CD tray keeps coming in and out, instead of playing. No matter what keys I press. The same thing happens when I am putting in an USB drive, the sound will not come in the video but the picture keeps coming. The LCD displays “Reading” instead of time. Everything becomes all right all of a sudden, at times.

Can you please help me settle this? Is this an EPROM Problem?

I kept the system unused for several days, with no power, to reset it, but it did not help.

Can you please let me know the EPROM reset code (Key sequence) for the same or let me know where to find it. .


I will be grateful if you help me out here.
