No picture ( black screen ) has sound and does change channels.

Check the fuses on the sustain boards and yes I'd replace the y and the y buffer.

Replaced both boards. The heat sinks on those two boards get warm. Now no sound or picture. Not even a menu. Checked all fuses (there are a lot of them) and they all checked good. Any test points that you can point out?
