samsung PS-50P2HT no picture repair

we have a samsung PS-50P2HT

unit powers on with green led at front of television however does not display a picture.

i checked the power supply in the television and noticed there was a overheated part of the circuit with 2 x 160V 600W Voltage Suppressor Diodes.

i replaced both diodes but plasma still refuses to show a picture.

i did notice however there was 2 relays in power supply and noticed 1 relay clicks when power is supplied however other relay does not click.

can anyone offer any advice please the power supply in question is PSPF501B01A
