I get nothing relating to Toshiba when I google that model.  |

Thats my problem. I cannot find anything on this model. Maybe they misprinted cuz, it definitely marks 20AS32. Thanks _________________ TV Repair Hobbyist |

Thanks man, checked regulator , output voltage was 4V, removed output pin from board still 4V. Changed and I now have a working TV Set.
