Car radio cd player compatible with Renault philips radio

Please does anyone know the car radio cd player that I can use to replace the philips radio cassette player, model 22DC449/62L on my Renault Scenic?

The reason for the replacement is to play cd on the on it. I need the type that work with the steering remote control in the car.
