I have two of these TV's with the same problem. The TV's I have will run fine for about an hour then the picture starts going crazy. I appreciate the cap tip because both sets have the same bulging tops and that was going to be my next purchase.

Yes vtech is right. The bulge on those caps are normal. I cut the insulation and the metal underneath is flat and intact. So I resoldered new caps and the picture is the same. Below is a picture of the screen. Any idea which board is the most likely culprit?
