panasonic -mx-5 - standby

hello

i have a panasonic whith schassi mx-5 that cannot go out of standby .
it has +5v on memory but the +b{90.2v} on ic 801{se90} is neanly 30v .
i did replaced memory but not different . please guide me . sory that i cannot speak english verywell .
