hey..

I im repairing a TVset which got some strange geometric faultyes, the Picture is slightly tilted with a black band angled on the right. and when the ''viewmode'' is set to ''regular'' it got a E/W faliure

can anyone help me to a free service manual or just the info on which buttoms to press to get to the service menu?

that set is fitted with the cheap & nasty vestel 11ak45 chassis, just search for the chassis type.

Tilting of picture may be as a result of a loose deflection yoke (you will find it at the neck of the CRT). I have seen this problem before.
